I have found that some people actually need the Stress and Anxiety Relief Patch as the lack of energy could be anxiety or depression related and the Stress and Anxiety Relief Patch seems to help the body to restore the energy! Then – they follow up with the Energy and Alertness Patch.

NOTE: This observation is not for the sleepy driver people, they should just use the Energy Alertness Patch!
